Heart to heart, home by home, the trusted homemaker services.
Connecting caring people with older adults who are lonely or isolated by
providing non-medical companionship with dignity, engagement, and
social support.
Our vision
“We’re starting small with one Denver neighborhood at a time. HeartLink connects seniors and their families with caring, non-medical companions who bring consistency, dignity, security, and warmth to daily life.
Whether support comes from families, community sponsors, or research partners, our focus stays the same; meaningful connection and reliable presence for those who need it most.
Simply put, the goal is to reignite our local seniors in their own home. This not only promotes happiness for our seniors that have the ability to stay in their familiar surroundings and routines but it promotes positive physical wellbeing, overall health due to high-quality companionship stimulation. A type of one-on-one care that’s difficult to find in facility settings.
In turn, this will allow everyone to stay engaged in our communities. After all, we are the community and we need to make sure everyone has a seat at the table, even those who once felt isolated.”

What a HeartLink-Senior recieves/What we offer:
Non-medical, homemaker companionship, a.k.a., real human connection and support that restores dignity, comfort, and belonging in the lives of older adults.
Should we;
be active and water plants?
take care of other small household chores side-by-side?
simply sit together to talk through life (reducing feelings of loneliness and anxiety)?
prepare a lunch together, set the table, and share a meal?
take a stroll outside while offering conversation and reassurance?
spend time figuring out how to use a smartphone or tablet to share or receive photos from your family?
decorate for a holiday or share in a seasonal tradition?
We’d love to align with YOU.
